IT Operations Director

Although this role was for a small startup, this was a great experience in leadership. Starting from scratch, I established operations, delegated tasks, and interfaced with leadership. I had a pivitol role throughout our company’s progression through the AWS Accelerator program, which was very exciting. Being in such a high level role, with no one “above me”, was a crucible that helped form my current leadership and executive-level skills.
